If you ate too much: 

Although we can’t get fit overnight, a workout will help boost your confidence and get you feeling a lot more energetic.

 

We tend to get lazy after big holiday meals but it’s important to maintain your health and remember, nothing is better than knowing you are taking good care of your body and mind. Here is a quick 10-minute Full Body Workout video we prepared for these occasions.

Can’t get to your gym? No worries. You can find things in your room to use for exercising that will help get your body pumped. Even your suitcase can be used as a makeshift weight!

Holiday drinking:
