Ready In: 6 hours and 25 minutes

Yields: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1-3/4 cups  HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/3 cup  Coconut Oil
  • 1-1/4 cups  sugar substitute
  • 3 pkg.  (8 oz. each)  Cream Cheese, softened
  • 2 tsp.  vanilla
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. HEAT oven to 350°F.
  2. MIX graham crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. BEAT cream cheese and remaining sugar in a large bowl with a mixer until blended. Add vanilla; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over the crust.
  4. BAKE 1 hour to 1 hour 10 min. or until the center is almost set. Run a knife around rim of pan to loosen the cake; cool before removing the rim. Refrigerate cheesecake 4 hours.
