My name is Izzy Steinberg. I have struggled with fad diets all my life and have even contemplated Having surgery to lose weight.

 

I live in New Jersey with a beautiful wife and four children that I love with all my heart. My wife and my business partner found live in fitness and they sent me here because they were worried about my health.
 
 
I’ve spent my life trying to provide for my family and I’ve always put their needs before mine. In this case my wife insisted that I put my health before everything else.
 
 
I came in to live in fitness and expected to be starving the entire time like more of a diet plan but it’s so much more. At the fitness camp for adults, they are teaching me how to eat and they’re teaching me how to exercise.
 
 
The trainers here are very caring and they want you to succeed. In the end, it is what you put into the program if you come here the right frame of mind and set a goal to have determination you will succeed.
 
 
My first week at fitness camp I lost a staggering 10 pounds. Only in a place like this with this kind of environment could I have accomplished that. I’ve met great people from the staff to the clients.
 
 
It’s a wonderful atmosphere of people pushing each other to do the very best they can .
 
I’m looking forward to completing this program and taking what I’ve learned from all the lectures all the classes and all the meals home with me so that I may spend the rest of my days in good health with my family.

Turkey Bacon Wrap Scallops
Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Fitness Camp Special

Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 15-20 minutes Ready In: 25 minutes

Yields: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

 4 teaspoons parsley flakes
 4 teaspoons instant onion powder
 4 medium size Scallops
 4 slices of Turkey Bacon

Directions:

  1. Preheat Broiler. Add parsley and onion. Wrap Bacon slice around Scallops
  2. Place meat on a broiler pan, 3 to 4 inches from heat. Broil for 8 to 10 minutes each side for
    medium.
